William "Bill" Morgan is a Welsh former professional rugby league footballer of the 1930s who at representative level has played for Wales, and at club level for Wigan, playing at Prop, i.e. number 8 or 10, during the era of contested scrums.[1]
Bill Morgan won a cap for Wales while at Wigan in 1932.[2]
